Payment with Venø Seafood

On, you can pay with:

To have your item delivered, you have to pay shipping.

The shipping at Venø Seafood is always* 59,- DKK

The delivery time is 1-3 days in Denmark.

We strive to ship the same day as the order receipt if ordered before 12:00 (Mon-Tor)

If you are not at home on delivery, the package will be styled in front of your front door.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days right of withdrawal when shopping at

The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to food.

Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given by email. In your notice, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot regret simply refusing receipt of the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.


You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the item from the time the item is delivered.

Goods except the right of withdrawal


The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  1. Agreements covered by Paragraph 7(2):

Supply of food, beverages or other goods for current consumption of the household, p

  1. Delivery of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly,
  2. Supply of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
  3. You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item the same way you did if you tried it in a physical store.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount is deducted.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided evidence before then that you have returned it.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Note! We do not receive packages sent per C.O.D.

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)

The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop on of course you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item exchanged, the money back or the price declined, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

How fast should I advertise?

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by C.O.D. or the like.
